At the Ottawa Psychotherapy Center we believe in resource sharing and supporting our community. Below you will find resources we think you may find helpful.

Ottawa Community Resources

The Walk-In Counselling Clinic: 613.755.2277. Please refer to their website to find the time and location of the walk-in services offered. This is a free service. http://walkincounselling.com/

 

Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre: Crisis line (613.562.2333). The ORCC provides English-only counselling services to survivors. https://orcc.net/

 

Counselling Connect: Provides a free phone or video counselling session, typically within a week of requesting. https://www.counsellingconnect.org/

Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO): 613.725.0202.​ Offers free community supports, services, programs and counselling to the immigrant and refugee population of Ottawa, provides language and culture-specific individual, couple, family, and group counselling. https://ociso.org/

Youth Services Bureau (YSB): 24/7 Youth Mental Health Info & Crisis Line (613.260.2360). 24/7 Online Crisis Chat: chat.ysb.ca. Potential for walk-in online counselling and youth and family counselling services. www.ysb.ca

Kind Space (previously Pink Triangle Services): 613.563.4818. Provides free LGBTQ+ community and peer support programming. https://kindspace.ca/

LGBTQ+ & Trans Health Clinic - Centretwon Community Health Centre: 613.233.4443 ex2245. Provides free community support services, programs, health and counselling services for LGBTQ+, trans and gender diverse people. https://www.centretownchc.org/programs-services/lgbtq-trans-health-program/

Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services: 613.724.4881. Provides community support services, program and counselling services to individuals and families struggling with substance use. https://www.rideauwood.org/programs/
