Ottawa Community Resources

The Walk-In Counselling Clinic: 613.755.2277. Please refer to their website to find the time and location of the walk-in services offered. This is a free service. http://walkincounselling.com/

 

Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre: Crisis line (613.562.2333). The ORCC provides English-only counselling services to survivors. https://orcc.net/

 

Counselling Connect: Provides a free phone or video counselling session, typically within a week of requesting. https://www.counsellingconnect.org/

Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO): 613.725.0202.​ Offers free community supports, services, programs and counselling to the immigrant and refugee population of Ottawa, provides language and culture-specific individual, couple, family, and group counselling. https://ociso.org/
