Sarah's Favourite Therapy Quote:
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” -Mary Oliver
Wherever you find yourself at this moment, there is possibility. Sometimes our toughest moments can give way to transformative discoveries; sometimes the best we can do is learn to weather the storm. I approach therapy with kindness and curiosity and I strongly believe in each person’s capacity for resilience. I would be honoured to accompany you in building the life you want for yourself.
Practice Areas
I work with individuals, couples, and families. Some of my areas of focus for therapy are
personal growth, mood and wellbeing, relationships of all kinds, grief, life transitions,
trauma, perinatal support, and parenting.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. My work is conducted under the clinical supervision of Reesa Packard, Ph.D., R.P.
Therapeutic Approach
I work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed, somatically-oriented perspective. This means that I attend to emotions, experiences, relationship patterns, and bodily felt sense throughout the therapeutic process. I incorporate tools from various modalities according to each client’s particular needs, prioritizing our alliance in working together.
About Sarah
Outside of therapy, my hands and heart are full with family! My husband and I are parents to five energetic kids who keep us on our toes. When I have down time, I can usually be found enjoying nature or absorbed in a book. My happiest place is by the ocean.
Sarah is currently accepting new clients.
