Jessica's Favourite Therapy Quote:

“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” – Brené Brown

Hi, I’m Jessica. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space to help you navigate it. Whether you’re managing anxiety, figuring out who you are, or dealing with relationship challenges, I’m here to listen, understand, and walk with you on your journey to healing. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and I am here to help you find the tools that work best for you.

Practice Areas

I am experienced in supporting young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationships struggles. I help individuals explore their identity, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Whether you’re dealing with uncertainty about your future or simply trying to make sense of everything, I’m here to guide you. My approach is personalized, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools to meet your unique needs. I focus on fostering resilience and self-compassion, creating a safe space for growth and empowerment. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you are continuing your self-discovery journey, I am honoured to support you.

Education & Experience

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, which allows me to tailor therapy to each person's needs. I’m committed to providing a compassionate, understanding environment where clients can feel supported on their path to healing and self-discovery. I am currently working under the supervision of Pamela Green, RP.

Therapeutic Approach

I take a flexible, client-centered approach, combining techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based theory, and mindfulness practices. I believe in an adaptive approach to what feels right for you, whether that’s exploring past patterns or focusing on tools to navigate the present. My goal is to support you in developing emotional awareness, and resilience, empowering you to make lasting, positive changes in your life.

About Jessica

When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy reading, exploring new places by travelling, and trying out new recipes. Life is a journey, and I’m passionate about helping others find clarity, peace, and resilience along the way. I approach life with empathy, humour, and a deep understanding of living a fulfilled life.
