Our Space
The Ottawa Psychotherapy Center hopes that you feel at home in our space. Whether you are receiving virtual services from our clinicians or are coming into our physical space for your sessions, we hope that you feel welcome and a sense of belonging.
Let's take a tour together of our home.
We are located at 1101 Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa. This is the view of the building's entrance from the parking lot section. There are two similar buildings and we are the furthest West. Paid parking on site. Accessible stalls near the entrance. The building is fully wheelchair accessible.

There is an elevator available for you to take up to our offices on the 2nd floor - Suite 240.
Our Waiting Area
As soon as you walk down the hall and open our door to Suite 240 you will be greeted by our calm waiting area. Here is where you will wait for your therapist to come and invite you into your session.

To make things extra cozy and keep our carpet as clean as possible, we ask that you remove your outdoor shoes upon entry. We have a basket full of clean slides available at the entrance for you to use. If you prefer bringing your own or being in your socks, you are welcome to do so as well.
​
Soothing and calm music will be playing in this space to help you get into a self-reflective state.
We would love welcome you into our home by offering you a beverage. We have a variety of tea and coffee to serve. We also have hot chocolate and fresh water if you prefer.
​
You will find a variety of coffee and hot chocolate pods in the drawer labelled "Coffee" and a variety of teas in the drawer labelled "Tea".
​
Sugar, creamer and stir sticks are also available for use.
​
Feel free to treat yourself to some of our mini chocolates too, they are delicious!
​
The mugs for all of your beverages can be found on the top shelf of the unit, pick whichever mug you'd like and once you're done using it, leave it with your therapist.

Chase
Meet Chase, the cute labradoodle that comes to work at the Ottawa Psychotherapy Center as a therapy dog.

Chase works alongside Reesa Packard, Ph.D., RP, and is typically at work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
​
If you have any questions, concerns or curiosities about Chase, feel free to contact us and we will be sure to connect you with Reesa Packard, Ph.D., RP.
Chase is not yet trained at answering e-mails, he has been focusing on his training to emotionally support humans instead.
