Lindsay's Favourite Therapy Quote:

“The wound is where the light enters you” - Rumi

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship. My commitment is to offer you a nurturing and secure space, where I will approach our interactions with empathy and genuine interest. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I'm here to accompany you through your path towards healing.

Practice Areas

I work with individuals, couples and families. I am a culturally sensitive, open-minded and non-judgemental person that is humbled to be on this journey with you. I work with a wide range of presenting issues such as relationship and family dynamics, sexuality, women’s issues, childhood trauma, self-esteem, boundary setting, inner child work, spirituality, mood disorders, LGBTQ+, interpersonal skills and personal growth.

Education & Experience

I graduated with my Honours BA in Human Relations and Spirituality at Saint Paul University in 2021.

I have just completed an MA in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint-Paul University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) and a member of the CCPA. I have two years’ experience working with individuals and couples. I have also journeyed with mothers, human trafficking survivors as well as physical and sexual trauma.

I am currently under the clinical supervision of Reesa Packard, Ph.D., R.P.

Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative approach by incorporating a psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment-based and trauma informed framework. My therapeutic approach is to work with you to find a direction that best fits your needs, and which will help you reach any goals you may have.

About Lindsay

For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about helping people on their journey through life and never take for granted how lucky I am that I get to do what I love every day. Outside of therapy, I love a good laugh and spending time with my family and friends. When I am not walking in nature, I love to read and listen to music with a good cup of coffee. I also love to travel, try out new foods and experience different cultures.
