Nathalie's Favourite Therapy Quote:

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” – Brene Brown

Hello and Welcome to my page! My name is Nathalie and I would be happy to connect with you to see how best I can help you along your journey. My hope is to make this experience as approachable as possible for you and together create a safe, and collaborative space, where we can explore what is on your mind, while also considering your wants, needs, hopes, and dreams as well. Together we can assess what evidence-based approaches might be best to help you along your journey, while also leaving space to explore any personal, emotional, relational, and spiritual struggles as well.

Practice Areas

I work with Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). My areas of practice include: ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Coping Skills, Depression, Emotional Disturbances, Grief, Impulse Control Disorders, LGBTQ+, Life Transitions, Mood Disorders, Relationships Issues, School Issues, Self-Development, Self-Growth, Self-Harming, Sleep or Insomnia, Spirituality, Stress, Suicidal Ideation, and Women's Issues.

Education & Experience

I graduated with my M.A in Counselling and Spirituality in 2021 from Saint Paul University, and am currently furthering my education through a Ph.D. program in Counselling and Spirituality as well. I have been practicing for 5 years and am currently a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice at the Ottawa Psychotherapy Center. I practice under the clinical supervision of Reesa Packard, Ph.D., RP. I feel passionate about helping others, and undergoing my own personal journey as well to continue to help support others along theirs.

Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative approach, using a variety of evidence-based approaches such as (Attachment-Based, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Existential, Humanistic, Person-Centered, Somatic, and Trauma-Informed) that is dependent on your therapeutic needs, goals and what therapeutic direction we agree upon together.

About Nathalie

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy connecting with nature through long walks, or running in areas surrounded by trees and water. Through my passions for community, nature, and learning, I engage in various volunteer activities and engage in various learning opportunities as well. I enjoy attending various music events, swimming in the summertime, and playing open world adventure video games as well. When I’m not connecting with nature, or engaging in various hobbies, I am spending time with my family, my partner, and my cat.
