Olivia's Favourite Therapy Quote:

“There will always be someone who can’t see your worth. Don’t let it be you”- Mel Robbins

I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe exploring your challenges and needs. I provide individualized support that focuses on fostering your autonomy, while working alongside you to recognize your strengths and set meaningful achievable goals. I am here to meet you where you are in your healing journey and support your needs and goals.

Practice Areas

I specialize in working with young adults, aged 18 years old and older, helping them navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, body image concerns, life transitions, relational difficulties, and compulsive behaviors. My practice is grounded in creating a welcoming and affirming environment, where each individual feels seen, valued, and empowered to embrace their unique journey.

Education & Experience

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Education from Concordia University. I completed my clinical internship at the Montreal Therapy Centre in Montreal, Quebec.

Therapeutic Approach

I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with trauma-informed and systematic approaches, to support you in addressing your needs and overcoming challenges. My focus is on promoting emotional awareness, identifying maladaptive thoughts, and building self-compassion. Together, we will identify your strengths and solutions to help you navigate present and future experiences. A person-centered approach allows me to meet you exactly where you are on your healing journey, fostering growth and self-understanding along the way.

About Olivia

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going for long walks with my dogs, and prioritizing my self-care through activities like spin classes and yoga. I also appreciate quiet evenings at home, watching a new show and sipping tea. When possible, I enjoy traveling, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with family and friends.
